Here it is – the next chill vlog in my series, “I’m a tattoo artist living my best life, but mostly just complaining about it.” This time, I’m taking you through a day in the studio. A day that features a rainy morning, a sibling-inspired tattoo, and some very toothy mugs. Oh, and a dog with a cake that looks like something you’d get served in hell as dessert.
The morning started off romantically: with wind that could snatch your umbrella right out of your hands and a train that arrived precisely on time – meaning late. Classic. At the studio, I was greeted by my trusty workstation. We were ready for some quality time together in the company of disinfectant and a mountain of paper towels.
First tattoo of the day? A cat. Therapeutic. Perfect for someone with a mild fear of cats – like me. Next up, a trip down memory lane with another client, recreating a childhood moment. And finally, I tackled some adorable toothy mugs that were so sweet I almost caved and got something tattooed on myself. But then I remembered – I’m the tattoo artist. And, as the saying goes, the cobbler’s children go barefoot.
The day wrapped up with my dog’s birthday celebration. His cake looked like the result of some unholy experiment, but he didn’t care one bit. Meanwhile, I was busy wondering how to edit all this together so you wouldn’t lose your minds watching it.
So yeah, enjoy the vlog! If you want more glimpses into my totally normal days, hit like, leave a comment, or subscribe. Because what’s more “chill” than sharing your life with a bunch of people on the internet? See you in the next video – bye for now!
Do you feel drained by multitasking and like peace is just a dream? In this post, I share how I realized over Christmas that sometimes, all it takes is slowing down and starting small with micro habits to feel better—without having to overhaul your entire life.
